The EngSci Dinner Dance is the most hype EngSci Club event of the year and you definitely don’t want to miss this! This year we will be hosting it on Friday October 5th at the Columbus Event Centre, a 5 minute walk from the Lawrence West subway station! Tickets will start selling from Mid-September to early October . Be ready: our 300-person event usually sells out within the first few weeks. See you there!

The Engineering Science Education Conference (ESEC) is an annual one-day conference for Engineering Science students at the University of Toronto. The objective of ESEC is to broaden EngSci students’ horizons in their fields of specialization. Since 2006, we have been inviting world leaders in each of our various options / majors to present lectures to our EngSci students, which explore research, education and career opportunities for young engineers.

NOCTURNE TALENT SHOW

Nocturne is the annual talent show run by Eng Sci Club at the end of the school year (usually late March). Any Eng Sci is welcome to audition for the show and attendance is free! Past shows have features acts ranging from singing, magic tricks, strobe light dancing, martial arts, and extreme rubik’s cube solving. Another wacky and unforgettable night you won’t want to miss.

GAME NIGHTS

Every Friday evening from 6-11pm, we let students come pick up a board game and play it in the common room with their friends. You’ll need to deposit an ID card to check out the game and will receive it back upon the game’s return. We currently have chess, poker, Settlers of Catan, RISK, Apples to Apples, Cranium, and Monopoly.
